May Speaker

Corin from Geenwood Bonsai Studio talked about his work with bonsai and demonstrated techniques used in creating and maintaining bonsai.  He brought samples of his work with him and demonstrated how to create a bonsai specimen from a very ordinary nursery plant, illustrated in the photo.  He was an inspirational speaker and made it all look so simple.  Corin runs classes and runs one of Britain’s longest established bonsai centres.  More information can be found on his website: www.bonsai.co.uk.
